let the goverment shut down while keeping essential offices open. i.e. national defense, irs, welfare.

Unlike most Americans I am unconcerned with the possible shut down of the Federal Goverment and I would like the Admin to allow for it to shut down with the exception of offices need for National security and the poor. As I see it congress does not and has not for many years done their job. So why or we paying them!
