The right to free assembly in the 1st amendment means that 2nd amendment is subsequent to this so anyone that is a open or public area has a higher 1st amendment right to Peaceful Assembly. Let the Gun heads of 2nd Amendment keep their guns, BUT Make all ammunition available ONLY through a safe or vault with security codes that change every 30 days OR only go active when purchased with a license for use. Bullets Kill people Not Guns. Time to stop the violence with a public effort to picket online gun shops and save US from the 2nd amendment heads.
