Jonathan Pollard is in the american jail for so many years because he spied for Israel, his country. He did it only to protect Israel, and he gave Israel only important information that Israel wouldn't survive without. He tried to send the information through the goverment but they didn't let him although Israel and the United States have signed a very important agreement in which each side agreed to send important information to each other. Besides that everyone know Israel and USA are friend, so how can that be that Jonathan is still there after more than 25 years?! he must be released immediately!
He is the only one who ever spied from USA for Israel and got such a huge punishment. the biggest punishment by USA's own rules for spies from friendly countries is 14 years!!!
