We, as Americans, live by our word of "*life*, *liberty*, and the pursuit of happiness".
If this is the case, then why would the Librarian of Congress exempt phones from anti-circumvention, but not tablets? Why do we not have the right to *freely* unlock our phones to switch to another carrier? When were tablets "broad and ill-defined" when the major corporations can CLEARLY state their definition of a tablet?
As of today, February 25, 2014, the US tech community is petitioning to the White House, Congress, and the Librarian of Congress, to exempt all tablets from anti-circumventing!
