Entitlement programs need to be limited. People are using the system to get tax payer money without ever working a day in their life. I purpose a 5 year life time limit on all entitlement programs such as welfare! I also purpose while on welfare you loose the right to vote. Since you're not helping to provide money to the government you should not have a voice on how the money is spent.
