The AFT or Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Agency is sending a letter to the gun dealers warning them that it is prohibited to sell the firearms to people who have a medical marijuana card and admit smoking medical marijuana.
Federal laws claim that dealers don’t have the authority to sell guns to other people who utilize drugs or became addicted to cannabis.
