The price of cigarettes should go up to $100 a pack starting by January 1, 2017 for Obama's successor to take office because we do need a healthy America to be more health conscious and also to be more price savvy on smoking and do healthier choices and by increasing the price of cigarettes up to $100 a pack it will help America quit smoking because of the high price increase of cigarettes that it will cost $100 a pack for regular cigarettes.
