Let the past be the past and allow people to have a FUTURE!!!

I am asking the US Federal government to grant the people that are trying so hard to change their lives a chance there are hundreds of people that have taken a plea not knowing that doing so will make that charge follow them the rest of their lives When you are in court they tell you you can take it to trial and maybe get 2yr or you can take a plea and have a year suspended and go home today of course people take the plea but what they are not told is when you take that plea it is pleading Guilty and from that point on you are only know by your record even if you do stop doing what you doing and become a productive citizen what I am proposing is after so many years and paying your fines you should be able to get it off your record and a job without people holding your pass over you
