the reason why i want to let people carry handguns in city or villages is that theres a lot people who are violent that are in a place where its dangerous.. also in villages, i believe theres a lot of people who go subsistence for their families. In most towns or cities, there are tons of people who are violent such as shooting. when shooting happens, the victim does not have anything to use to defense him or herself.
