Let people choose where their tax dollars go directly.

There should be a section on the tax form that lets a person dedicate their own tax dollars to where they want their money to go. Then you wouldn't have to rely on polls. You would have clear direction. 39% here, 36% there, and the rest over there. With verification of course.
