As a community, the people of the community should be able to choose whom oversees it. Today, communities feel victimize & unsafe within their own homes due to various assaults, harassment, persecution, discrimination & many cases death from police officers.
Many innocent & unarmed Black citizens are being killed by the police forces, being found that every 28 hours, a Black person is killed by police authority in America. It's time that communities are able to vote for their choice of police, in which the people feels safe enough to have in their community.
Before a police officer is given a position, a sub selected panel of the community, should be able to vote for who they would trust and prefer to patrol their community, based off the officers resume, brief bio and self photograph.
