We the people would like the ability to CHOOSE what areas of government our tax dollars are spent.
When we file taxes or are hired for a new job, we should have a choice of what percentages we want our own individual tax money to go towards. (Education, Military, Welfare, etc.)
In doing this, the true voice of the American people would be heard. We each would invest in what our own ideas and beliefs are.
