Let the PEOPLE determine salaries for congress by voting for pay raises instead of congress

This country is supposed to be for the people and we make the choices for our government to listen to us. Over the last 6 years, congress has increased their payroll around $17,000. That is a total of $2,833.34 a year pay raise, for the job they aren't doing for people of this country to be satisfied. They have the OPTION to give themselves a pay raise and who wouldn't if they had that option? This petition is about limiting that option for them to increase their salary by the people based on how the people of this country feel they have done. It's time to let the PEOPLE choose something. Should be based on a 4 year period same as a presidency.
