Let the people exercise their Constitutional Right to "Opt Out" of Social Security

It is our Right as to which we as a person or peoples should have the Choice to participate or not in events that directly affect our lively hood directly such as Social Security. This Option should have been in place all along. Our system is not based on Socialism, nor should it ever be. This is not simply something to be Judged over by the Governments that run this Country, but indeed should be set forth before it's People to Vote on.
