Let the People form a more perfect Union by replacing Congress with a web Consensus Congress of the American People

Dear Mr. President and the Executive Branch: Our Founding Fathers feared Democracy without borders, without a system of inter-connection. they scoffed at the past attempts, yet held out hope for the future, and safeguareded a passage for it in the Constitution, Article V. Instead of continuing to contact state legislators to move them to call to vote a con-con, you could allow for the People to convene to discuss and come to Consensus regarding this specific change: dissolve Congress and replace it with a Discussion and Consensus of the People - a Direct Democracy Checked and Balanced by a Constitutional Republic.
