To me, hookah should be legal for kids under 18. Answer this, would you rather want you kids sneaking around and smoking real tobacco products, or let them smoke hookah that is nicotine free and tobacco free? I just turned 18, and I would rather want minors to be smoking a product that is tobacco free and nicotine free than them illegally purchasing tobacco products.
