This will take the voting away from the Senate and Congress and put it back to the people of the United States that have a right to fire and in jail those who falsely mislead the American Society. IE. Obama and the Benghazi attack with Hillary Clinton by his side, all those in office that have not field taxes knowing that they should have. The IRS and those that have mislead us now and before with a minimum of 20 yr's in maximum penitentiary. They also loss all rights to any and all pensions.
