Let people, where there is no public transportation be able to get a special drivers license if they where suspended.

Let people that live in areas where there is no public transportation to get special drivers licenses if they were suspended, so they can go to work, school, grocery stores, doctors appointments.
We the people want are god given right to free travel and if there is no public transportation then we should be able to drive are self to basic needed places, like what is listed above.
There would be a national or state drivers license that a person could get to go to work, school, doctors appointments, grocery stores.
This will help the economy and help people get what they need in life to live.
