Let people who have paid into Social Security be reimbursed for money if they haven't reached eligibility by retirement.

Social Security steals our money. People who have paid into Social Security and don't have the amount of quarters accumulated to collect upon retirement can't get their money back. Change this by allowing those people to be reimbursed.
