On September 7th 2010 Virginia said they will no longer accept I-766 as a form of legal status to obtain a driver license. This was changed when an illegal immigrant crashed into another car that killed a sister. He entered United States illegally and was on the list to be deported. This has caused people like me that work full time and a student, unable to get their license in VA and had to move in order to continue to drive. I am asking this to be changed so I can move back where my family is. I am not a criminal have no history of any crime and pay my taxes every year. Just because of one person everyone should NOT suffer.
