Performing Artist's should be able to play songs by other Artist's or popular Artist's so that way they can use those songs to help promote their personal songs. Make it so that the performing artists have to give recognition to the respectful writer of the song but they don't have to pay a type of royalty to companies like ASCAP or BMI.
