The artist Pogo, Nick Bertke, was recently banned from entering the country. I believe this is a grave injustice and one that should be righted post-haste.
Reasons for this:
+He generates jobs with his shows.
+He contributes to our global culture.
+He was kicked out because of his management agency
Imagine you sign up with a company to do some work overseas; you meet people and begin to build a new life there. Then, you find out that the company that hired you and arranged for your employment didn't file the paperwork that allowed you to be in the country (likely for personal gain). Sure, deportation makes sense at first. You didn't have a right to be there, after all. However, does it make sense that you are not allowed to come back for ten years? Give him a chance to redeem himself.
