Let Privately Borrowed Money for Higher Education purposes qualify for the Income Based Repayment/Pay as You Earn.

Created by D.P. on February 04, 2016

Students who borrowed privately, or through an educational service "middle man" i.e. National Education, American Education Services, etc, to attend a college, university, or any other higher education, should be allowed to qualify for the Income Based Repayment (IBR) or Pay As You Earn (PAYE) programs.

Students who graduated with these absurd loans know the financial hardships faced on a month to month basis.

Such loans should also be forgiven after the required number of years for any public work related fields.
