Let the public know of the existence and what the Government knows of extraterrestrial life.(aliens)

Let the people of the U.S. know that we're not the only life in the universe and that there is a obvious role of extraterrestrial life helping jump start human civilization (this should be taught in schools). As human we have the right to know what the government does about alien life.
