Not to mention States receiving the most federal funding per tax dollar paid are red states. when it comes to education Americas best educated and brightest student can be found in Liberal states not to mention Americas best university's and all of the IV league are in Liberal states. so lets hand south there share of the debt and watch the mass immigration to the north begin. Maybe we can gain Canada?
