We Want To Live Peacefully As Nieghboring Countries WithThe United States.The Declaration Says That We Can Alter The Government In Any Way. We Feel That Our Representatives Arent Listening To The People. We Want To Fix This By Becoming The New Republic And Setting Our Own Rules. Any State Who Wants To Join The New Republic Would Be Welcome. The New Republic Would Promise NOT To Attack The USA As Long As The USA Promises Not To Harm Us. We Will Help The US In Wars And Will Be Allies With Them. We Just Want To Bevin Our Own Peaceful Country. I Beg You To Let Us Seceed. Thank you.
