A baby can have a detectible heart flutter of it's own as early as 6 weeks gestation which now makes it a seperate person totally a distinct person from his or her mother. The federal government should allow all states to outlaw abortion at the misdemeanor level after a detectible ultrasound heartbeat. All states should be allowed to outlaw abortions after 6 weeks gestation except to save the mothers life or if the child has a defect bad enough the dr knows it will not survive for sure no guessing.
