Government has a huge deficit....instead of forced spending cuts in government like defense or in benefits like Social Security---tax and regulate marijuana like alcohol--alcohol impairs and is more costly to your health yet that is legal---Every statistical analysis has already shown that states can earn high revenues by taxing and regulation for recreational use
Let every state have a right to legalize marijuana and tax and regulate just like alcohol so both the state and government as a whole can help ease our fiscal issues---
its the 21st century we need to realize legalizing marijuana will reap more benefits than not; look up the statistics
