Let the States have secession and keep them unified by following the original constitutional plan

Allow the individual states' governments to assume control of the issues that may vary state to state. Minimize the Federal Government to the point of being efficient to achieve the ends for which it was originally created. This being General oversight of issues that affect all Americans.
This is intended to allow that every person, no matter what their political view, may have the chance to have the dream that they see as the American Dream. To have the ability to achieve this within the bounds of a state that shares their views, while keeping the United States of America together.
