Some families are poor and can't afford to buy metrocards or give money for rides for their children. Many children have to walk miles because of this issue. In my opinion, MTA should allow children and teenagers under 18 to ride for free since many families are very low on money and can't afford to pay for their children's rides on MTA transportation vehicles. Therefore, the government should change the MTA bus fares for teenagers and students under 18.
