So many young adults are being held back from an education because they have no support from their parents,or their parents refuse to give their information. This makes it nearly impossible for them to get financial aid from the government, because the FAFSA requires your parents information. Young adults should not be forced to get married,have a baby, or join the military just so they can file their FAFSA independently. If you have no support from your parents and they are unable to claim you on their taxes you should be able to file independently. Stop holding Americans back from getting an education!
