Let tax cuts expire for those making >$500K, but provide a tax credit back to those who help the American workforce.

Created by D.P. on November 13, 2012

Let the Bush tax cuts expire for those making more than $500K, but provide a tax credit back, only if they:

1. Increase their American workforce by a certain percentage. Part-time positions and full-time positions that do not pay living wages may not be included, or
2. Increase their existing workers' wages by a certain percentage. This must be across the board, and not just senior management and it may not be paid in stocks or stock options, or
3. Provide free health and dental insurance to their employees (cost for spouses, children, and families would be the responsibility of said employee). This option would not be retroactive.

This should increase tax revenue while also encouraging job creation, higher wages, or employer provided benefits.
