Let taxpayers vote on how much if any of our dollars should be going to other governments.

Our national debt is over 17 trillion dollars and growing, that's over 150,000 thousand dollars per taxpayer. Yet our government continues to spend more money than it takes in. I think as taxpayers we should decide how our money is spent, especially when it comes to giving money to foreign governments. If I had a vote on whether to give money to the government of Iraq my vote would be NO. We have enough issues in this country that need to be addressed first.
