Let Teenagers at age 17 and 18 Have The Rights To go back to High School and get their Diplomas

I am a 17 year old young lady who's so inspired by my own situation that I am determined to help get teenagers like myself a chance to get back in to high school, and get their diploma's. Most 75% of teenage dropouts continue on to get there G.E.D'S but what they don't tell you is, how many of those student's actually tried to get back into school on their 17th and 18th year of birth, I've talked with a few of these people and 65% of them said they weren't even given the time of day and how people at these districts just treated them like another statistic . So please help me, and help every other young lady and young man who have the pure willpower to come back to school and get their education because I know if I was given the chance I sure wouldn't wait for light to break.
