There has been a genocide in Darfur since 2003. Only 4 low level Sudanese officials have been acquitted, not captured by the International Criminal Court. The U.S.A. is not a member of this organization, but should be so that these people who have killed many others will be punished. Over 300,000 people in Darfur have been killed.
