Let us become again the explorers we once were, make manned spaceflight a priority and rediscover the frontier.

We as a people yearn for the undiscovered places of the world. Its was the impetus that drove us to found this great nationand pushed us into the stars. Recently, events have transpired that make us questions ourselves and our purpose. War, greed and suspicion have clouded our character. but we have a choice, An opportunity to rise anew. We can reclaim our identity as explorers, as pioneers of great future for ourselves and for our children. It is in this regard that we humbly request that NASA's operational budget be expanded to 2% of the Federal Budget.
