Imagine that you're in your house and a burglar or a murderer walks in. You need to contact 911, but you're afraid that if you speak they'll hear you, so you need a quiet option such as texting so the intruder doesn't hear you. It could save lives and I know we need to introduce this to law enforcement and 911 operators.
