We the citizens of Oregon formally ask the President Obama to order on our behalf the US Attorney General to file for the corruption investigation into Governor Kitzhaber and Cylvia Hayes be moved from the Oregon AG office to the US DA office. The people of Oregon believe that with Gov. Kitzhabers long career in public service the best chance for a fair investigation is done in the US DA office and Federal Courts.
We believe that the US DA office, with the investigative power of the FBI is the best organizations to conduct the investigation. The citizens feel that with the track record of the DoJ in similar investigations, Blagojevich and McDonnell, DoJ is the best organization to represent and the interests of the citizens in this matter
