The government has been stalling in the negotiations with the Alien Mayans that are attempting to broker a deal to send help as many of us as possible "cross over" to a blissful existence, but it is being stalled by financial hurdles that both sides of the isle fail to agree on.
One side thinks that the rich should pay for the fuel to make the jumps and the other thinks that we should eliminate enlightenment programs to fund this endeavor. Tell them both to shove it and get us on the damn mothership.
Also, the government leaders have already ensured their placement on the vessel and have no incentive to worry about our outcome. Help change this!
