We the people demand that our house be open to the public, and that the excuse of sequester for its closing of tours is disingenuous especially when the administration has posted 2500 new job openings since the sequester took effect. This is our house that we pay for and we have the right to visit it anytime we wish.
There are many secret service members who are patriots and would willingly volunteer to work during tour times. There are plenty of ways to leave the White House open and closing it to the people under the guise of sequestration is inappropriate and we demand that the tours resume immediately.
