This petition is important because it's giving off a message asking for us as a black community to have a chance to speak and tell our side of the story rather than us dying so quickly. I'm using the work week to show that no one can make it out the week without having their life taken, I'm also using it to refer to the person or people who are doing the killing are shown as the weak. Meaning that before a bunch of havoc starts let us speak.
