To many children have been abused and then sent back to face their abuser. Yes a parent has a right to know their child, but nothing justifies putting a child back in harms way. If one is proven as an abusive parent, why are we allowing our children back into these areas. More laws need to be in place to support the child. A child should have the right to say; I am scared, do not make me go back. Forcing a child into harms back, causes more issues!
