The people of this country deserve to have a say in the selection of the next SCOTUS justice. When he was a senator, President Obama was against lame duck presidents appointing Supreme Court justices. Let WE THE PEOPLE speak via the next president we elect. Be consistent and practice what you have preached in the past.
