This is a petition that will hopefully help in the pursuit to the Government acknowledging the existence of an Extraterrestrial presence, (without compromising national security). Keeping in mind the fact that many nations, the world over, have been covering up the evidence for over 50 years, and have been denying us the "need to know" clearance levels that we should have had ever since they first arrived.
