We have the technology to where we all can vote on any device. What I propose is to give the American people a bigger voice on important bills, by setting up a system that allows people to vote via online site/app on bills before Congress, list the bills in detail so the people can study them of course.
HOW SYSTEM SHOULD WORK
1.) A app or website or both.
2.) People vote via there SSN Log in, and select there State.
3.) Votes casted will be broken down by State.
4.) Votes are × by the number of seats that state holds. You have 3 seats in Congress each vote from that state will count as 3.
5. Congress votes the same way but there votes count as 100 points, making them a major role. (All voting % data blocked till after vote is over, give 48 hours for people to view the bills.
