Men can take off their shirts on a hot sunny day or whenever they so please in public and is not deemed as public indecency, while women cannot take off their's because women's breast's are looked at by some as a "sexual object". I think it is only fair, and as a human right to be able to take off Their shirt if a woman so pleases.
