Let women have the opportunity to not wear their tops.

This is sexism to women that doesn't want to wear their tops. There are women out there that needs to cool their selves of by not wearing tops. They could also do it for not wanting their tan lines or liking to not wear their tops. Everybody will have equal rights for if they want their tops on or off.
