Let a WW2 veteran do a static line jump from a c47 just because of his age after passing all test he has been refused

I am writing this on behalf of a lot of people around the world that believe Mr Vincent j speranza a decorated WW2 vet who served his time in the screaming eagles 101 airborne is having his freedom taken from him !.
The story is as follows he is a young 86 year old man that is wanting to do a static line jump from a c47 .He was all ready to do this jump at his last reunion a year ago today he had passed all the relevant test needed to do this and passed with{ sorry for the pun} flying colors .Vince had packed his chute ready to go all as planned only to be told in the afternoon that he was to old ?Because of new FAA rules.I with many others believe this is a infringement and ageism on his civil rights the same ones he fought for back in 1944.
