Let young Immigrants be eligible for presidential election.

I know several people with bright ideas and reforms for the future of this country. I think these people could help shape the future of our government, and make it a good one. However there is one problem they have; they can't become president because they weren't born in the United States. It makes sense to have that rule in place, but what If that person's parents were born in America? What if they were a military family and they move all over the place?
The goal of this petition is to get the government to allow immigrants under the age of 5 to be eligible to become president. But they must have the following requirements
Parents must be US citizens.
Parents must to have lived in the US for more than 10 years.
Parents must promise to protect and defend America.
