Currently the Statue of Liberty is a not so appealing shade of green due to a chemical reaction of metal and water over time. I propose we give Lady Liberty the "makeover of all makeovers" by bedazzling the entire statue with brilliant crystals. This will not only create a large amount of jobs to manufacture and install the additional allure, but will bring in an abundance of additional tourism and revenue for New York City. Could you imagine the beauty of the sun bounced reflections hitting off the water? Help to accomplish this by signing my petition and bring new meaning to her real name, "Liberty Enlightening the World!"
